All order cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking charge & £9.99 collection charge, this does not apply to incorrectly sized or damaged materials. All orders should be inspected fully before cutting or commencing installation as refunds will not be issued once materials have been cut into or partially installed. Incorrect orders must be reported on the day of delivery and indicated on both the delivery note and confirmed to the Afloor sales team by email via

Orders that are delivered short or damaged if apparent upon delivery must be stated on the delivery note and confirmed by email to the Afloor sales team, if the damage or the short dimension is only apparent once the material has been opened or unrolled contact the Afloor sales team by email, refunds will be issued in full for damaged goods and materials sent at incorrect dimensions will be re-sent at the correct size as soon as possible, after the material in question is inspected by our quality assurance team and they confirm the damage or short dimension was caused at by Afloor, if the quality assurance team deem the product to have been damaged externally by the customer or while in the customers care a refund will not be issued in full and the following charges will apply 35% restocking charge & £9.99 collection charge, then balance will be refunded back to the customer.

The only products that are not subject to refund and or restocking are adhesives, screeds, welding rods and cuts of carpet or vinyl, all products within these categories are final sale items. Deliveries via Afloor direct or third party couriers can only be made to ground floor addresses, any order to an address above a ground floor will have to be collected by the customer at either the reception or road side, Afloor and any third party courier replica is not responsible for taking deliveries up staircases or lifts to access addresses above the ground floor or reception location, customers who refuse to  accept orders that can only be delivered to a ground floor location will be charged the restocking or redelivery charges listed above. Afloor reserves the right to refuse to sell or resell to any customer and to change and amend the prices, descriptions and delivery charges list on the website at any time without having to inform any current or previous customers. Restocking and collection charges for none stock items will differ from standard restocking charges and can calculated upon request, all restocking and collection charges are at the customers expense.
